Wrockstock Passes may now be purchased until May 20th, 2008 at a higher price. Click on the link below to purchase Passes.
- To make a reservation at Trout Lodge for Wrockstock, you must call 1-573-438-2154 and speak to Cat Dickey in the Group Sales department at extension 115. Be sure to mention you are with SLAW or Wrockstock! She is usually there Monday thru Friday.
- Note: Do not try to use the Lodge's online reservation system or talk to the people at the front desk. There is a room block on the whole place, and you will be told there are no rooms available.
- You may have to leave a message and wait to be called back, as there will be other people trying to make reservations as well. Don't panic! Please be patient and do not call back a bunch of times in a short time period. She will get back to you in the order your call was recieved.
- You will need a credit card in order to reserve a room or cabin. The total for one night's stay will be charged to your card immediately to act as a deposit on your room. The same credit card will be charged the one night's price of $59 per adult. Kids 6-17 are $49 a night, due to summertime rates at the Lodge. Those children 5 and under are free.
- The rest of your bill is to be paid upon checkout, using the card that was used to reserve the room, or the entire amount in cash. Last year, they allowed individuals from rooms and cabins to pay their share separately upon checkout, but this is NOT THE CASE for 2008. The final bill must be authorized and paid for by the person who reserved the room on that Monday morning. The best way to do this when sharing rooms with people is to have everyone pay their share to the cardholder in advance.
- Regardless of if you will be arriving together or separately, every person in your cabin or room over the age of 18 must have their name listed on the reservation so they can be checked in quickly upon arrival. Kids and Juniors will not be listed, as they will all be travelling with an adult. Those Juniors travelling with chaperones will be allowed to check in for their Wrockstock pass, but will not be given the key to the room until the Chaperone has checked in.
- If you wish to add or subtract people to your reservation, you may do so at any time until April 1st. You don't have to have everyone you want in your room listed the day you make the reservation, but it's best to get it taken care of as soon as possible.
- The Lodge will mail you a contract to sign and return. I believe it's just the rules and policies of the property, probably required by their insurance company. Please double check it for accuracy and send it back right away so they don't have to track you down for it.
- You need both a reservation at the Trout Lodge AND a Wrockstock Pass to attend. If you have a reservation, you can be sure that we will sell you a Pass. Rooms at Trout Lodge can and will sell out, Wrockstock Passes will not.
- Wrockstock Pass prices reflect the age you will be on May 22nd 2008, not the age you are when you buy the pass. Wrockstock Passes are refundable until May 15th, 2008. All ticket sales are final starting May 16th. Cancellations at Trout Lodge must be handled by their staff, but we will assist you in finding someone to take over your room should you find you are unable to attend after having made arrangements.
- When filling out forms to purchase your Wrockstock Pass(es), there are three options for you to choose from. Any forms coming in for the wrong type of pass will be rejected, and our goblins will contact you to help you correct the mistake.
- Please be sure to enter the correct amount that you owe for your Pass(es), Knight Bus tickets and NEWTS when you are redirected to PayPal. Any incorrect or missing payments will be billed to your email address. Any payment issues not resolved within 7 days may result in rejection of your registration.
